The choice you have is whether to believe or not! I have a friend who sent me a quote this morning, "If what you see by the eye doesn't please you, then close your eyes and see from the heart. What are you addicted to? Do you realize addictions exist outside of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll? They do, they can be as seemingly harmless as: exercise, work, relationships, church and image. Often they are used to mask pain or fear. Ignore the distractions of your addiction to become clear on how to solve the problem you are trying to hide. Good luck!! (:

Believing in your own super power, not something outside of you to gain, but residing inside of you...readily accessible if and when you tune into it. Use it for enhanced self-esteem, battling a cold or fatigue, use it to prevent stress, anxiety. Use it in any situation for an increased sense of your own power and ability. We all have it....question is, will you use it?
